This event is a 5K competitive run, which also includes 1 & 2 mile fitness walks, 400 meter toddler dash, and 1K youth run. The specific purpose of this event is to provide a national championship specifically for Native American tribal members. In addition it is to promote fitness and healthy lifestyles. The proceeds go towards funding the NASC Sports Warriors racing team to attend USATF National Championship events. All tribal communities are invited as well as the general public. This event is also open to the non-Indian community with their own division included.Location
