Program Description
Students walk/run before school either outside or indoors and earn tokens for miles completed.
Program Purpose
We hope to get students more active and healthy and excited about exercise!
Program Key Features
Students use pedometers and chart their progress, earning little plastic tokens (feet) to put on their shoelaces.
Most Excited About
That students are enthusiastic and actively involved in exercising. They are creating healthy (hopefully) life-long habits.
Program Location
School - outdoors when weather is good, inside the gym if too cold or raining.
