Steps To Wellness
Participants choose a point goal for the STEPS TO WELLNESS three month program. Steps and or time are converted into points. Pts. are given log sheets to track their activity for one month. At the end of each month, participants turn in their log sheets and are then eligible for a prize drawing. Those participants who reach their chosen 3 month activity point goal will receive an incentive prize at the end of the program.

Program Description
Participants choose a point goal for the STEPS TO WELLNESS three month program. Steps and or time are converted into points. Pts. are given log sheets to track their activity for one month. Program Purpose
A physical activity program to help improve health and quality of life. The purpose is to motivate people to move more and more often.
Program Key Features
Participants can participate with or without a pedomter. 10 min. of activity is equal to 1 point, 1,000 steps is equal to 1 point, 30 min. of continuous activity is equal to 5 points and attending a Health Education Activity class is equal to 10 points.
Most Excited About
Pts. and employees are very motivated to do this program. The prize incentives have been a big draw. We are giving hydration packs, gift certificates, CD players, exercise videos and stainless mugs. Pts. and their families can participate in this together. Any activity that is done can be converted to a point value.
