Program Description
Various exercise class demonstration that our Health Education Department hosts.
Program Purpose
SCF Health Education Exercise Program works with the Native Community to help fight obesity, diabetes and other chronic diseases.
Program Key Features
The Health Education Department opened a Wellness Center for it's employees and patients. During the Grand Opening the Exercise Physiologists demonstrated the various classes that are offered throughtout the day. The Wellness Center has the following exercise equipment available for staff and patients who are enrolled in the Exercise Program treadmills, bikes, ellipticals, arm bike, circuit machines, chin/dip, functional trainer and free weights.

We are very excited to bring this Wellness Center to employees and patients of our Exercise Program. We are excited that we have this beautiful equipment that offers a wide variety of exercise options.
