Everyone signs-in at San Carlos Burdette Hall and are then allowed to go where ever they want to pick up trash.

Program Purpose:
The purpose for Lean N'Clean is to promote a beautiful Apache Land while getting two hours of exercise in. The San Carlos Apache reservation is in need of beautification and what better way than this. Most people come out to clean up their yard or local street and to win a cool prize--little do they realize they are getting fit while doing so.

Program Key Features:
After two hours of picking up garbage everyone is treated to a FREE healthy breakfast while their garbage bags are weighed-in. To date we have collected over 6,000 pounds of trash!

Most Excited About:
It is most exciting when an entire family comes out to pick-up trash and returns with a truck/car full of filled bags. Just seeing their faces when they win a prize for the most trash collected is very rewarding!
