This program will include students that have difficulties in regular ed physical fitness programs and the students families, the program will also include students and their families that are in pretty good shape but do not have physical fitness and exercise as part of their daily lives.Tribes Involved:

Program Purpose:
Increase physical activity for a healthy body and mind, increase student and family participation in the schools activities and increase family participation in public school which is minimal, we want the native community involved in the school.
Program Key Features:
For students that have a difficult time in PE, points can be made up so they do not fail the class. Have the students keep track of their and their families physical fitness routines.
Most Excited About:
The students are getting excited about working out. These are the students and family that do not participate in school related activities. I also have students from Special education and the group home.
