Walking

A walking, jogging and running club that comes together every two weeks. Most of walking is on an honor system at one's convenience at home.

Program Purpose:
To be physically fit enough to combat diabetes and other diseases.

Program Key Features:
Primary goal is to walk, jog or run 100 miles by March 4th, 2005

Most Excited About:
Some participants have gone beyond the 100 mile mark!
