Took a walk around a nearby park and some participants walked a couple of times around the park.
Program Purpose:
To promote employee wellness through physical activity
Program Key Features:
Stretching and walking for health and fitness. Provided fruit and bottled water at teh end of the event. What helped get participants was the free T-shirt per participants comments.
Most Excited About:
Getting 42 participants registered and to participate in the walk. Plus getting seven volunteers to help with the event. Everyone seemed to enjoy the walk even it was cold and sleet.
