KOMI is a program to help people to keep themselves active. KOMI provides tools, support, and incentives including: Get a special KOMI Activity Log just for signing up! Use the 4 Month Activity Log to keep track of your daily activity and steps; Keep track for the first 3 weeks and earn a free pedometer; Keep track for 4 months and earn an exclusive KOMI long sleeve t-shirt; Join us at regular monthly KOMI events to help keep you motivated!

This is our 4th year of using the physical activity logs. Last year went well. Participants enjoyed being a part of a program that got them to continue moving.
